I had an unexpected issue with the transaction which delayed the closing about a week. At the same time, my lease ended, and I had nowhere to go and stay. Nancy kept checking in and praying for me. She initiated the conversation with the seller side and worked out a plan for me before the transaction went through and the process was closed successfully. I am grateful to their help. They are the best real estate agents in the Pioneer Valley. Highly recommend them!

Wow! Nancy and Amy were wonderful! Working primarily with Amy we were more than satisfied with every aspect of the process. Nancy and Amy were immediately responsive, always professional, wise in their interpretation of events along the way, and super helpful. Whenever we needed reassurance (which obviously did come up from time to time) Amy picked up the phone and got right on it for us. All in all the sale of our home went amazingly smoothy!
